Author Articles and Essays
David Brin Essays & Articles With David Brin's help, Jeroen has collected eighteen of David's online articles in one convenient place. You can also find a biography, bibliography, awards timeline, and appearances schedule there.

Encyclopedias
The Works of David Brin The first and best David Brin fan page, by Stewart Blandon
Alliance for Progress Encyclopedia Another Uplift Encyclopedia, created by Trent Shipley, and now run by Matt Lundstrom
Amadan's GURPS Page Stefan wrote an RPG supplement based on the Uplift stories a while back, called GURPS Uplift. This site gives additional info about GURPS Uplift, and also has a nice page with samples of languages spoken in the Uplift books, and info on a TAASF starship.

Artwork Inspired by David Brin's Works
Alex Scollay Alex Scollay is a former list member who made good. You can see a sample of his 3D work for Farscape (!!!) on his page. He has posted a work in progress image of a Gubru Talon soldier's head. It's been months since he's done any work on it, because he's been busy freelancing since he left Animal Logic. He plans to finish the Gubru soon, and begin work on more Uplift-related projects.
Mike's Graphics Gallery Check in often, because he continually updates with some cool Lightwave graphics! Includes Startide Rising and Sundiver galleries.
Dolphin Haven Home of Michael Harney's animation project.
David Levine's Uplift Universe Images A list of links to Uplift fan art, including his own POVRay illustrations of Sundiver and Heaven's Reach
Online Gallery of Brent Scofield Hand-drawn, and 2D and 3d computer art, including his Portrait of a Hoon. Unfortunately, his Final version of the Hoon picture no longer exists.
Slawek's Home Page I originally knew about Slawek Wojtowicz from his very nice "Imperial Trantor" page featuring Asimov illustrations. Now, he's branched out into the Uplift universe, with this site featuring his own computer graphics work, plus Robert L. Hurt's two Uplift illustrations.

My Own Work
Steve Sloan's Raytracing Gallery Includes my Brin-related POV-Ray images
Chmeee's POV Models Page (Uplift Universe) A collection of my Brin-related POV-Ray objects, protected by my kzinti alter ego, Chmeee

GURPS Uplift Official information page for the upcoming second edition of GURPS Uplift, created by former list member Stefan Jones.
The Uplift Universe Gateway Stefan Jones' support site for GURPS Uplift.
GURPS Lite Download a simplified version of the GURPS rules for free! This will allow you to actually play a campaign on GURPS Uplift, the RPG based on David Brin's books! How do you find GURPS Uplift? I found it years back, by going to a newsgroup called games.frp.marketplace, and sending a message with the subject: "WTB: GURPS Uplift". Nowadays, your best bet is probably eBay
Stellar Region Gord and Kat's Brin-L RPG. It's not related to Uplift, though -- It's their own creation!

Yee Yang Li Hector Last but not least, Hector was the list's original founder, co-creator of a cool animation of Babylon 5's shadow ships, and the guy who first recruited me to the list, back WHEN DINOSAURS ROAMED THE EARTH ! ...And am I crazy, or did DB name a small male urrish character after him? ;-)
